both Australia and New
Zealand some day. His "Ten Star Turtle" GCPKAV and "Perfect Spot for a
Traditional Cache" GC1Q9BB are his favorite hides. On television he
enjoys watching the "House" series. At the movies he's a fan of the
"Indiana Jones" and "The Lord of the Rings" series.
Our "Tip for the
Seasoned Cacher" comes from Listener

"With summer, comes the need to keep hydrated. Now, Everyone will
tell you drink plenty of water. But, water alone, and too much, can
be just as bad. Most sports drinks provide electrolytes, but are
mostly sugar, or other carbohydrate content. Energy drinks are
sports drinks, with some form of stimulant, usually caffeine, which
may provide quick energy, but for only short period. Caffeine is
also a diuretic, which will cause the body to expel water, and too
much, can cause dehydration. A good tip, would be a 50/50 mixture
of a sports drink, with plain water. This way, the body gets the
electrolytes, while the water is still absorbed, and not as bound
to the carbohydrates (Sugars)."
